I've found a download link thanks to google: http://www.4shared.com/get/aZ-lqGwc/GIATWEBCOM-NewsPack-v2009b.html. The compilation is based on CMSimple 2.6 – a pretty old version (July 2006). I was not able to find any further information about the author besides that he might come from Indonesia (cmsimple/languages/ contains only en.php and id.php).
