PluginLoader 3

This is a further developement by djot and so far incompatible with existing plugins. It is an experimental design.

You can download the pluginloader v.3 directly from this Wiki. It comes with an example plugin for testing and own developement.

So far, this PluginLoader remains just as a suggestion in order to develop a new, more stable PluginLoader.
